Lucha Libre

Blue Demon vs. El Hijo Del Santo

Lucha Libre (Spanish for fair fight) is a term used in Mexico for a form of professional wrestling developed in the country. It was originally used in the same style as the American and English term "freestyle wrestling", referring to an amateur wrestling without the restrictions of Greco-Roman wrestling. It is characterized by colorful masks, rapid sequence of holds and manuevers as well as "high-flying" manuevers, some of which are adopted in the United States.
